FAQs

Are the fabrics really recycled and certified?

Yes.

Our towelling robes are made from GOTS-certified organic cotton, and our changing robes from certified recycled nylon & recycled polyester.

All third-party certified — so it's not just marketing speak.

What size should I get?

Our towelling robes come in M and L — both cut generously to wear over wet kit, with room to change underneath.

If you're between sizes or want a more relaxed fit, size up. If it doesn't feel right when it arrives, we'll exchange it free.

How absorbent is it really?

Properly absorbent. Heavyweight GOTS-certified organic cotton terry, woven thick to soak up water from your hair and skin in seconds — and lock in your body heat while you're at it.

It's the kind of robe you'll find yourself reaching for after a shower at home, not just after a swim.

Can I get changed underneath it?

Yes — that's exactly what the three-quarter sleeves are for. Pull your arms inside, peel off wet kit, and pull dry clothes on without flapping wet sleeves around or flashing the car park.

It's a small design choice that makes a big difference.

What's your return policy and guarantee?

30-day free returns on unworn robes. Taken it out for a swim and it's still not right? Get in touch anyway.

Plus a 1-year performance guarantee on anything that fails in normal use — stitching, fabric, or finish.

How do I wash and care for it?

Machine wash at 30°C, inside out. Tumble dry on low.

Avoid fabric softener — it coats the cotton fibres and reduces absorbency, which is the whole point of a towelling robe.

Wash with similar colours to keep the dye rich.
