We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £100.

🔄 30-Day Free Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer free 30-day returns on all products.

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original packaging.

Returns must be sent using a tracked service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

🛡️ 1-Year Performance Guarantee (From 1 January 2026)

From 1st January 2026, all Seashell Changing Robes will be covered by our 1-Year Performance Guarantee.

If your robe becomes faulty due to manufacturing, fabric, or functional defects, we will replace your robe with a brand new one.

This guarantee applies to faults caused by manufacturing or material issues and does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

🎁 Promotional Bundles

Where items are supplied as part of a promotional bundle or conditional offer, all items included in the bundle must be returned together for a refund to be considered.

Partial returns of bundled items are not eligible for a refund.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for goodwill returns:

  • Sale and clearance items

  • Second Life Collection items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Personal care or hygiene items once opened or worn

💸 Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within standard processing times.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds where return conditions or eligibility criteria are not met.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

⚖️ Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including rights relating to faulty, damaged, or not-as-described goods, or applicable cancellation rights.

Customers relying on statutory rights must notify us within the relevant legal timeframe and may be required to provide reasonable evidence.
