How much is delivery?
Free tracked UK delivery on orders over £60, so it ships free with any robe. Under £60, the delivery cost is shown at checkout.
When will my order arrive?
Your estimated delivery date is shown under Add to cart on every product page, worked out from the moment you order. Every order ships tracked from our UK warehouse.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes, we ship to Europe, the US, Canada and Australia, and the delivery cost is shown at checkout. If you need to return something from outside the UK, please contact us first.
What's your returns policy?
Free 60-day returns on everything. Send items back within 60 days of delivery, unworn and unused, in their original packaging, using a tracked service.
Can I swap for a different size?
We don't do direct exchanges, but returns are free. Send your item back for a refund and place a new order for the size you need.
Is there anything I can't return?
Sale and clearance items, Second Life Collection items, gift cards, personalised products, and personal care or hygiene items once opened or worn.
Our guarantee
What does the 3-year guarantee cover?
Every Seashell product is covered by our 3-Year Performance Guarantee. If it develops a fault from manufacturing, fabric or function, we'll replace it with a brand new one.
It doesn't cover normal wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage.
