Changing Robe
The original ocean-first changing robe. Warm, waterproof and built to get you changed and cosy wherever cold water takes you.
Thick sherpa fleece wraps you in heat the second you pull it on. The rugged windproof outer shell is rated to 10,000mm waterproof with fully taped seams, built for real British weather, not just a light drizzle.
Full length coverage gives you total privacy to change anywhere. A packed beach, a windy car park, a riverbank, the side of a lake. The roomy cut lets you peel off a wetsuit or swimwear and pull on dry clothes without a changing room in sight.
Made from 100% recycled, GRS certified fabrics. Built for repeated daily use. Wear it, hang it, wear it again, season after season.
The waterproof changing robe of choice for cold water swimmers, wild swimmers, surfers, paddleboarders, dog walkers and parents on the touchline. Designed to be lived in.
Free UK shipping and returns, backed by a 3 year guarantee.

FAQs
Are the fabrics really recycled and certified?
Yes.
Our towelling robes are made from GOTS-certified organic cotton, and our changing robes from certified recycled nylon & recycled polyester.
All third-party certified — so it's not just marketing speak.
What size should I get?
Cut generously enough to change underneath, not so oversized that you swim in it. Check the size chart above — if you're between sizes, size up for room to layer thermals.
Our L fits up to UK size 20 / 47" (119cm) chest with plenty of room to change inside.
Above that, drop us a message before ordering and we'll help you figure it out. Free exchanges if the fit's not right when it arrives.
How warm is the sherpa lining really?
Warmer than most. A deep, high-pile recycled polyester sherpa that traps body heat the moment you pull it on — even over wet skin.
Most customers describe the first few seconds as "instant warmth." Paired with the windproof outer and oversized hood, it cuts the chill fast — no teeth-chattering in the car park for twenty minutes.
Can I properly change underneath it in public?
Yes — it's what the robe is built for.
The knee-length cut and full front zip give total coverage, and the body is generous enough to peel off wet kit and pull on dry clothes without flashing anyone.
Beaches, car parks, riverbanks — whatever your spot, this handles it.
Is it actually waterproof, or just water-resistant?
Properly waterproof.
The outer shell is rated to 10,000mm with fully taped seams — water won't sneak through the stitching even in a proper downpour.
That's the standard technical outdoor shells are built to, and it's why your phone and fresh clothes stay dry when the weather turns.
What's your return policy and guarantee?
Two things, so you're covered either way.
60-day free returns on unworn robes. Taken it out for a swim and it's still not right? Get in touch anyway.
3-year performance guarantee on anything that fails in normal use — zip breakage, stitching coming apart, fabric tearing. Accidental damage isn't covered, but genuine manufacturing faults are on us.
How do I wash and care for it?
Machine wash at 30°C, inside out. Don't tumble dry — hang it naturally.
Once a year, run it through with a re-waterproofing solution (Nikwax TX.Direct works well) to restore the water-beading on the outer shell.
No dry cleaning, no special cycles — treat it well and you'll get years out of it.
